IF THE INTERMITTENT CYCLING OCCURS, VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING COULD OCCUR, RESULTING FROM RELEASE OF THE APPLIED SERVICE BRAKES FOR UP TO TWO SECONDS ( WITHOUT LOCKED WHEELS), AND STOPPING DISTANCE WOULD BE INCREASED.
