"excerpt": "Jaguar Xjs. Published by Transport Canada as 1977191 on 22 March 1978. System: Not Entered. What the notice says The over-the-rear-axle rubber fuel hose may become overstressed and tear allowing under vehicle fuel spillage and the possibility of a fire. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at Transport Canada , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. This site holds seven national and European registers. Jaguar XJS is named on 1 British notices. Those are separate campaigns, filed with separate authorities on their own schedules. DVSA recall R/1992/019: Jaguar XJS (Leakage from power steering hose) Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register. THE OVER-THE-REAR-AXLE RUBBER FUEL HOSE MAY BECOME OVERSTRESSED AND TEAR ALLOWING UNDER VEHICLE FUEL SPILLAGE AND THE POSSIBILITY OF A FIRE. Transport Canada recorded this notice in capitals, as its system did for many years. It is reproduced here exactly as published. The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for eac",
