"excerpt": "Subaru Gl, Dl, Brat. Published by Transport Canada as 1979019 on 30 January 1979. System: Engine. What the notice says On certain vehicles operated at low temperatures (-29c), condensed moisture in the crankcase could be drawn into the carburetor and freeze. This condition could result in secondary throttle valve shaft icing which may cause the accelerator to stick in the open throttle position. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at Transport Canada , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. This site holds seven national and European registers. Subaru GL is named on 4 American notices.
