THE EXTRA LENGTH OF A BRAKE FLUID LINE ADAPTER FITTING USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH AN INCORRECT THROUGH-FRAME FITTING COULD MOVE THE FLUID LINE INTO A LOCATION THAT INTERFERES WITH THE TRAVEL OF THE CLUTCH ROD AND THUS CAUSE WEAR ON THE FLUID LINE. CONTINUED WEAR COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF BRAKE FLUID AND SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF VEHICLE BRAKING CAPABILITY. THIS COULD CAUSE VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
