What the notice says The steering arm of cargostars equipped with 10,800 or 12,000 lb. capacity front axles may become cracked as the result of repeated full-lock turns at low speed or during stand-still maneuvers. if complete fracture of the steering arm were to occur, it would result in loss of vehicle control.
