AS A RESULT, ONE OR MORE OF THREE RETAINING PRONGS MAY NOT BE ENGAGED IN THE GOVERNOR LEVER PIVOT SHAFTS.AN UNENGAGED RETAINING RING COULD POTENTIALLY DETACH, CAUSING SEPARATION OF THE ACCELERATOR LINKAGE AND RETURN SPRINGS.
