THIS COULD ALLOW THE STUD TO SEPARATE FROM THE ANCHOR BAR AND CAUSE THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO TIP REARWARD UNEXPECTEDLY, RESULTING IN POSSIBLE LOSS OF CONTROL AND VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
