"excerpt": "Honda Prelude. Published by Transport Canada as 1988048 on 6 April 1988. System: Steering. What the notice says On certain vehicles, the power steering supply hose at the connector clamp seal could develop a small leak. If the fluid were to contact the exhaust manifold a fire could result. Correction: A reinforced rubber power steering hose assembly will be installed. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at Transport Canada , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. This site holds seven national and European registers. Honda PRELUDE is named on 2 British notices. Those are separate campaigns, filed with separate authorities on their own schedules. DVSA recall R/1999/038: Honda Shuttle, Prelude and Legend (Premature wear of steering lower ball joints) DVSA recall R/2002/071: Honda Prelude, Shuttle, Accord and 2 more (Ignition switch may fail) Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register. On certain vehicles, the power steering supply hose at the connector clamp seal could develop a small leak.
