THESE WELDS MAY FAIL DUE TO INADEQUATE PENETRATION CAUSING THE TORQUE ROD TO FAIL WITHOUT WARNING AND ALLOWING THE REAR AXLE(S) TO MOVE OUT OF POSITION RESULTING IN VEHICLE INSTABILITY AND LOSS OF CONTROL.
