UNDER CONDITIONS OF EXTREME COLD AND VERY LOW HUMIDITY, FUEL FLOW MAY CAUSE AN ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE TO BUILD UP TO A SUFFICIENT LEVEL TO DISCHARGE TO GROUND THROUGH THE NYLON FUEL LINE THAT CONNECTS THE FUEL PUMP TO THE FUEL FILTER.
