THIS CAN RESULT IN FRACTURE OF THE CLAMP AND ALLOW THE HANDLEBAR TO ROTATE AROUND ITS MOUNTING AXIS. THIS COULD CAUSE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND A POSSIBLE CRASH.
