This site holds seven national and European registers. Volvo 900 SERIES is named on 4 British notices. Those are separate campaigns, filed with separate authorities on their own schedules. DVSA recall R/1993/033: Volvo Car 900 Series (Possible jamming of throttle) DVSA recall R/1998/023: Volvo Car 900 Series (Loss of brake servo assistance) DVSA recall R/2002/097: Volvo Car 800 Series, V70, 700 Series and 7 more (Detachable tow bar may work loose) Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country.
