IF THE AIR INTAKE SILENCER IS ADVANCED FULLY FORWARD AND THE THROTTLE IS APPLIED, THE CARBURETOR LEVER MAY BE UNABLE TO RETURN TO THE IDLE POSITION AND MAY REMAIN IN A 1/2 TO 3/4 OPEN POSITION. CORRECTION: A RUBBER SPACER WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE AIR INTAKE SILENCER WHICH WILL PREVENT THIS INTERFERENCE. Transport Canada recorded this notice in capitals, as its system did for many years.
