During endurance compliance testing, the tires did not meet the requirements of the low inflation pressure performance portion of the standard due to tread chunking. This could result in tire noise and/or ride vibration. If the tires are operated in this condition for an extended period of time it could lead to tire failure, which could increase the risk of loss of vehicle control and/or a crash causing injury and/or property damage.
