What the notice says Issue: Certain vans were built with the wrong type of glass in one or both of the rear-side windows. Tempered glass was used in place of laminated glass. As a result, the vehicles may not meet the ejection mitigation requirements of the Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Vans built with incorrect side window … Is your vehicle included?
