What the notice says １台積車両運搬車の作業用装置油圧ポンプにおいて、接続フランジの製造指示が不適切なため、接続フランジとオイルポンプシャフトを固定するセットスクリューの取付け穴の位置が設計と異なっているものがある。そのため、走行時の振動等により、セットスクリューが緩み、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、接続フランジが脱落してシャフトが外れ、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。 Is your vehicle included?
