What the notice says Ｖ型エンジンの左右シリンダバンクに配置された高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、ポンプが交互に噴射する際に発生する共振により、燃圧変動が想定外に大きくなり、パルセーションダンパ（燃圧変動減衰器）の固定部が摺動して摩耗することがある。そのため、当該ダンパが損傷して異音や振動が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、燃料漏れに至るおそれがある。 Is your vehicle included?
