"excerpt": "Wells Cargo Cargo Trailer, model years 2006 to 2013. Filed by Wells Cargo, Inc and reported to NHTSA on 25 November 2013. 4,754 vehicles potentially affected. What the notice says Wells Cargo, Inc. (Wells Cargo) is recalling certain model year 2006-2013 cargo trailers manufactured January 1, 2006, through April 25, 2013 and equipped with Fastec-brand door locks. It may be possible to remove the key from the lock in a way that potentially jams the deadbolt. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at NHTSA , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. CarsMultiverse / Recalls Wells Cargo's own number for this recall: 13-006. That is the number on the owner letter and on the dealer paperwork. 13V598 is the number NHTSA gave the same campaign, and the number this page is filed under. They are one recall, written two ways. Answered from the register this site holds. NHTSA is the record to act on. What the authority says can happen if this is not fixed: “If the deadbolt jams, the interior side of the door lock may also jam. A person inside the travel trailer at the time will then be locked in and be unable to exit the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.” 13V598 Wells Cargo, Inc Latches/Locks/Linkages 25 November 2013 2006-2013 WELLS CARGO CARGO TRAILER If the deadbolt jams, the interior side of the door lock may also jam",
