"excerpt": "Ram Promaster, model year 2014. Filed by Chrysler Group LLC and reported to NHTSA on 4 June 2014. 17,727 vehicles potentially affected. What the notice says Chrysler Group LLC (Chrysler) is recalling certain model year 2014 Ram ProMaster vehicles manufactured April 23, 2013 to May 22, 2014. The affected vehicles may experience circuit corrosion from water intrusion around the in-floor battery cover and door footwell trim. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at NHTSA , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. CarsMultiverse / Recalls Ram's own number for this recall: P32. That is the number on the owner letter and on the dealer paperwork. 14V294 is the number NHTSA gave the same campaign, and the number this page is filed under. They are one recall, written two ways. Answered from the register this site holds. NHTSA is the record to act on. What the authority says can happen if this is not fixed: “This water intrusion may affect the vehicle's running and disable the air bags, stop lamps, turn signals, backup lights and/or door locks, increasing the risk of a crash, as well as injury to the occupants if the air bags do not deploy.” 14V294 Chrysler Group LLC Exterior Lighting 4 June 2014 2014-2014 RAM PROMASTER This water intrusion may affect the vehicle's running and disable the air bags, stop lamps, turn signals,",
