"excerpt": "Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge, Highland Ridge Roamer, model year 2015. Filed by Highland Ridge RV and reported to NHTSA on 22 May 2015. 93 vehicles potentially affected. What the notice says Highland Ridge RV (Highland Ridge) is recalling certain model year 2015 Roamer, Mesa Ridge and 3X fifth wheel trailers manufactured May 7, 2014, to June 4, 2014. In the affected vehicles, a rivet for the quad entry steps may shear and fail, causing the steps to give when being used. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at NHTSA , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. CarsMultiverse / Recalls Highland Ridge TT's own number for this recall: 9904242. That is the number on the owner letter and on the dealer paperwork. 15V304 is the number NHTSA gave the same campaign, and the number this page is filed under. They are one recall, written two ways. Answered from the register this site holds. NHTSA is the record to act on. What the authority says can happen if this is not fixed: “If the rivet shears under occupant load, the steps may give and the occupant may fall, increasing the risk of personal injury.” 15V304 Highland Ridge RV Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer 22 May 2015 2015-2015 HIGHLAND RIDGE MESA RIDGE, HIGHLAND RIDGE ROAMER If the rivet shears under occupant load, the steps may give and the occupant may fall, increasing",
