"excerpt": "Starcraft Launch Ultra Lite, model years 2014 to 2016. Filed by Starcraft RV and reported to NHTSA on 19 October 2015. 224 vehicles potentially affected. What the notice says Starcraft RV (Starcraft) is recalling certain model year 2014-2016 Launch Ultra Lite travel trailers, model 28BHS JU, manufactured from October 31, 2013, through October 1, 2015. The affected trailers are equipped with a Happy Jack bed that will try to lift up too far, damaging the bed's brackets and motor. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at NHTSA , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. CarsMultiverse / Recalls Starcraft's own number for this recall: 9902267. That is the number on the owner letter and on the dealer paperwork. 15V671 is the number NHTSA gave the same campaign, and the number this page is filed under. They are one recall, written two ways. Answered from the register this site holds. NHTSA is the record to act on. What the authority says can happen if this is not fixed: “Damage to the bed's brackets and motor may cause the bed to break and possibly fall onto anyone that may be under it, increasing their risk of injury.” 15V671 Starcraft RV Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer 19 October 2015 2014-2016 STARCRAFT LAUNCH ULTRA LITE Damage to the bed's brackets and motor may cause the bed to break and possibly fall onto a",
