"excerpt": "Tiffin Allegro Breeze, Tiffin Breeze, model years 2016 to 2017. Filed by Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. and reported to NHTSA on 28 July 2016. 67 vehicles potentially affected. What the notice says Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain model year 2016-2017 Breeze motorhomes manufactured July 7, 2015, to June 14, 2016. The affected vehicles have air compressors attached to the engine that may fail due to debris from manufacturing being left in the air intake tube. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at NHTSA , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. CarsMultiverse / Recalls Tiffin's own number for this recall: TIF-101. That is the number on the owner letter and on the dealer paperwork. 16V562 is the number NHTSA gave the same campaign, and the number this page is filed under. They are one recall, written two ways. Answered from the register this site holds. NHTSA is the record to act on. What the authority says can happen if this is not fixed: “Failure of the air compressor may result in the inability to maintain air pressure while driving which would cause the parking brake to set unexpectedly, increasing the risk of a crash.” 16V562 Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc.
