"excerpt": "Liberty Little Guy Max, model year 2018. Filed by Liberty Outdoors, LLC and reported to NHTSA on 16 January 2018. 62 vehicles potentially affected. What the notice says Liberty Outdoors, LLC (Liberty) is recalling certain 2018 Little Guy Max recreational trailers, equipped with a Smart-Jack model power tongue jack. The laminated plastic touch pad on the jack may crack or separate allowing water to enter, potentially causing the jack to operate unintentionally. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at NHTSA , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. CarsMultiverse / Recalls Liberty's own number for this recall: LOR-001. That is the number on the owner letter and on the dealer paperwork. 18V059 is the number NHTSA gave the same campaign, and the number this page is filed under. They are one recall, written two ways. Answered from the register this site holds. NHTSA is the record to act on. What the authority says can happen if this is not fixed: “If the jack retracts or extends unintentionally, it can increase the risk of injury to those within the trailer or increase the risk of a crash if the jack moves while the trailer is being towed.” 18V059 Liberty Outdoors, LLC Equipment:Mechanical:Integrated Jack/Leveler/Stabilizer 16 January 2018 2018-2018 LIBERTY LITTLE GUY MAX If the jack retracts or extends unintentional",
