"excerpt": "Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge, Highland Ridge Open Range, Highland Ridge Silverstar, model year 2020. Filed by Highland Ridge RV and reported to NHTSA on 9 June 2020. 80 vehicles potentially affected. What the notice says Highland Ridge RV (Highland Ridge) is recalling certain 2020 Ridge, Open Range, and Silverstar recreational trailers. The adhesive bond between the glass and the metal hinge frame of the frameless crank out vent and egress windows may fail which would then allow the glass to detach and fall out. Is your vehicle included? Check with your VIN at NHTSA , or ask a dealer. This page is an independent copy of the notice, kept so you can see what changed after it was published. It is not the authority, and the authority’s own text is the one to act on. CarsMultiverse / Recalls Highland Ridge's own number for this recall: 9901508. That is the number on the owner letter and on the dealer paperwork. 20V338 is the number NHTSA gave the same campaign, and the number this page is filed under. They are one recall, written two ways. Answered from the register this site holds. NHTSA is the record to act on. What the authority says can happen if this is not fixed: “If the window glass detaches while the trailer is moving it could become a projectile, increasing the risk of a crash.” 20V338 Highland Ridge RV Visibility:Glass, Side/Rear 9 June 2020 2020-2020 HIGHLAND RIDGE MESA RIDGE, HIGHLAND RIDGE OPEN RANGE, HIGHLAND RIDGE SILVERSTAR If the window glass detaches while the trail",
