Filed by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. and reported to NHTSA on 10 July 2025. 244 vehicles potentially affected. What the notice says Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) is recalling certain 2024 Rizon FEC7K (E16), FEC9K (E18), and 2025 FECXK (E18) trucks. The electric parking brake (EPB) actuator may use a spacer that is too big, resulting in excessive friction and overheated brake components. Is your vehicle included? That is the number on the owner letter and on the dealer paperwork. 25V462 is the number NHTSA gave the same campaign, and the number this page is filed under. They are one recall, written two ways. Answered from the register this site holds. NHTSA is the record to act on. What the authority says can happen if this is not fixed: “Overheated brake components can result in a fire.” 25V462 Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc.
