CarsMultiverse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and similar international laws.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on CarsMultiverse infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• Identification of the material to be removed, with URLs sufficient to locate it;
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
