Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on CarsMultiverse infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material to be removed, with URLs sufficient to locate it;
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.

We terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
