A.I.T. Multiverse Consulting Ltd, which operates CarsMultiverse (carsmultiverse.com), is committed to making the Service accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology used.
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C, and we continually work to improve accessibility across the Service in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and comparable laws in other jurisdictions.
Measures in Place
We strive to ensure the Service is:
- Perceivable: alternative text for informative images, sufficient colour contrast, and a dark-mode option.
- Operable: full keyboard navigation, skip links, and no content that flashes in a way likely to cause seizures.
- Understandable: clear language, consistent navigation, and form fields with descriptive labels.
- Robust: semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so the Service works with assistive technologies including screen readers.
Known Limitations
Some third-party content (such as maps, advertisements, and embedded videos) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. We work with our providers to improve accessibility where possible.
Feedback
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of the Service, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please email admin@aitmultiverse.com. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within ten (10) business days.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant accessibility regulator in your country. EU users can find their national enforcement body via the European Commission’s accessibility pages.
