Concern

Nv400 X62 AdBlue Dosing Inactive

Defect, as DVSA words it

For affected vehicles the AdBlue Dosing Module may not have been initialised during the production process. In this condition the AdBlue Dosing Module does not trigger AdBlue injection and therefore NOx emissions are not controlled.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

The AdBlue dosing control module (ADCM) activation status will be checked. If it is not active the AdBlue Injector will be replaced and the AdBlue Dosing Control Module activated.

What changed since we first read it

Nothing yet. The wording has been the same on every read since 4 September 2026. The file is read again every day; if DVSA rewrites the defect, remedy or concern, the old and new text will appear here with both dates.
