Transit Custom Double Cab In Van (DCiV): Second Row Bench Seat Manufacturing Defect

Defect, as DVSA words it

Affected vehicles may have been manufactured with a bench seat frame with a suspect weld due to a manufacturing defect. This could compromise the occupant restraint during a frontal crash potentially increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replace the bench seat frame.
