Reworking Vario Top case latch

Defect, as DVSA words it

On motorcycles fitted with the accessory Vario top cases it is possible the case is not securely locked to the motorcycle and may detach.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

On the affected Vario top cases the latch mechanism will be reworked and the customer operating instructions updated.
