Vehicles do not hold the necessary approval certification.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Vehicles will be reworked to the approval standard and be VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) marked. This will include the fitment of e-marked lights/reflectors mirrors horn side stand and a compliant speedometer.The motor and motor controller will both be altered.
