Concern

Oil passage holes in the oil filter housing may be incorrectly machined

Defect, as DVSA words it

There is a possibility that the oil passage holes in the oil filter housing have not been correctly machined.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

If the oil passage holes have not been correctly machined the engine assembly will be replaced.
