Concern

Air ingress into the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder may cause a failure to generate sufficient lift to disengage clutch fully

Air ingress to the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder causing insufficient disengagement.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replace cluch slave cylinder piston and seal.
