Concern

Transmission may fail

Defect, as DVSA words it

The strength of some gears in the transmission may not be sufficient and could break if they receive excessive impact force during shifting. Drive could be lost and In the worst case the transmission may lock.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

On affected machines replace the 2nd 3rd and 4th output gears and the 2nd input gear
