Concern

Control of the vehicle may be affected

Defect, as DVSA words it

It has been identified that under certain situations it is possible for the weld joining the bracket post to the base plate to fail. This could allow the TV monitor to become detached from its stored position. If this was to occur whilst the vehicle is in motion it can result in either block the drivers view of the road or strike them causing injury.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Recall all affected vehicles to replace the monitor bracket with a stronger version.

What changed since we first read it

Nothing yet. The wording has been the same on every read since 4 September 2026. The file is read again every day; if DVSA rewrites the defect, remedy or concern, the old and new text will appear here with both dates.

The same recall in other registers

No match found in the American, Canadian or European registers by manufacturer reference, because DVSA lists none for this recall. A recall can exist abroad under a different reference; this site only claims a match when the reference agrees.
