Concern

Base plate for turbo roof generator may detach

Defect, as DVSA words it

Base plate for entilation fan may become loose due to insufficent adhesive. It is possible that the base plate can detach and could cause injury to third parties. Detachment could also expose the fan blades.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Inspect fan installation from both inside and outside vehicle. If necessary rrescure base plate or if not acceptable replace baseplate.
