Transport Canada carries this recall as 2025465, dated 9 September 2025. The American register carries the same defect as campaign 25V565, dated 29 August 2025. They are the same defect because the manufacturer filed both under one internal campaign code, 250829REV.

The two registers are 11 days apart: the American entry is dated first, the Canadian one second.

These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.

Read the American notice 25V565, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

Issue: rnOn a small number of motorhomes, the wrong 35 A fuse for the waste tank macerator may have been installed. As a result, the fuse could overheat and melt. Additionally, the fuse holder may not have been installed properly and cause the fuse holder diagram not to match. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA fuse that overheats can create the risk of a fire. An incorrect fuse holder diagram could lead you to install the wrong fuse and create the risk of a fire. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnREV Group will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the 35 A fuse, fuse holder and diagram.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2025465.
