Issue: rnOn a small number of buses, the wheelchair tie-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor(s) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnNone of the affected buses have been delivered to customers. The company will instruct dealers to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheelchair retractor(s) before the buses are delivered.
