Issue: rnOn certain motorcycles, the wiring harness may have been routed incorrectly or may be missing protection. As a result, the wiring could melt or be damaged by contact with surrounding parts. If this happens, the engine could stall suddenly. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnKTM will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to inspect the wiring harness. If necessary, the technician will install any missing protection and re-route it. If the wiring harness is damaged, it will be replaced.
