VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH MACK RA23 OR RA24 REAR AXLES MAY CONTAIN REAR SUSPENSION SPRING SEATS THAT COULD DEFORM ON SPRING DEFLECTION RESURING GEAR OUTPUT SHAFT SPLINES AND ULTIMATELY LEAD TO A LOSS OF VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH MACK RA23 OR RA24 REAR AXLES MAY CONTAIN REAR SUSPENSION SPRING SEATS THAT COULD DEFORM ON SPRING DEFLECTION RESULTING IN REDUCED CLAMPING FORCE. THIS COULD RESULT IN SPRING SLIP FAILURE ALLOWING THE AXLE TO DISLOCATE CAUSING TIRE/SPRING INTERFERENCE AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
