Transport Canada carries this recall as 2015558, dated 24 November 2015. The American register carries the same defect as campaign 15V777, dated 20 November 2015. They are the same defect because the manufacturer filed both under one internal campaign code, SLI1505.

The two registers are 4 days apart: the American entry is dated first, the Canadian one second.
These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.
Read the American notice 15V777, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

On certain vehicles, the electrical relay used for the headlight circuit could cause the headlights to operate intermittently or turn off while the vehicle is in operation. This could compromise the driver's visibility, which could result in a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the single headlight relay with a circuit that uses two relays.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2015558.
