The left hand front brake pipe may chafe against the shock absorber which if left could result in brake operation being endangered.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected check the condition and path of the left hand front brake pipe. If necessary re-route or replace the brake pipe.
