Concern

Possibility the speedometer will show a slower speed than actual riding speed

Defect, as DVSA words it

Due to a speedometer computer programme error the possibility exists that the speedometer may indicate a slower than actual speed.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Recalled machines will be fitted with a countermeasure speedometer.
