Concern

Possible oil leak

Defect, as DVSA words it

It is possible for oil to seep through the electrical harness connected to the stator. In such a situation it may be possible for small amounts of oil to leak from the harness' upper connector. In extreme cases there is a small possibility that oil may make contact with the rear tyre. This may createa loss of control of the motorcycle.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Seal the electrical harness connected to the stator.

What changed since we first read it

Nothing yet. The wording has been the same on every read since 4 September 2026. The file is read again every day; if DVSA rewrites the defect, remedy or concern, the old and new text will appear here with both dates.

The same recall in other registers

No match found in the American, Canadian or European registers by manufacturer reference, because the reference DVSA lists is too short to match safely. A recall can exist abroad under a different reference; this site only claims a match when the reference agrees.
