AN EXITING PASSENGER'S COAT, BOOKBAGS, DRAWSTRINGS OR BELTS MAY BECOME ENTANGLED ON THE RETAINER BETWEEN THE HANDRAIL AND STEPWELL. IF THE DRIVER WERE UNAWARE THAT THE CLOTHING HAD BECOME ENTANGLED IN THE HANDRAIL, HE OR SHE COULD CLOSE THE DOOR AND DRIVE OFF, THEREBY DRAGGING THE ENTANGLED PASSENGER.rnCORRECTION: A REPLACEMENT RETAINER WILL BE INSTALLED WHICH WILL ELIMINATE THE CATCH POINT.
