Concern

Steering column shaft clamp bolt may have been insufficiently tightened

Defect, as DVSA words it

Due to possible incorrect alignment of the splines it is possible that the steering column shaft clamp bolt may be insufficiently tightened.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Recall affected vehicles and examine column shaft for correct alignment of the splines. Check that column clamp bolt has been tightened to the specified torque.
