Concern

Possibility of incorrect adaptors fitted to rear brake calipers

Defect, as DVSA words it

There is a possibility that on some vehicles incorrect brake adaptors may have been fitted to the rear brake hydraulic calipers.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Optare Limited have contacted the operators of all the vehicles possibly affected and advised them to check the subject adaptors are of the correct type. Where incorrect adaptors are identified Optare will supply replacements of the correct
