Issue: rnOn a small number of trucks, the compliance label and tire and loading information label may list the wrong gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and gross axle weight rating (GAWR) information. Additionally, the truck-camper loading documentation may list wrong information. This could lead you to overload the truck and cause poor handling or a tire failure. rnrnSafety Risk: rnPoor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of vehicle control and result in a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnNone of the affected trucks have been delivered to customers. FCA Canada will instruct dealers to replace the compliance label and tire and loading information label before the trucks are delivered. Additionally, the truck-camper loading document will be removed.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2025406.
