On certain fifth wheel and travel trailers equipped with a Suburban furnace, the furnace exhaust vent may have been omitted during assembly. The lack of the exhaust vent allows furnace combustion products containing carbon monoxide fumes to vent into the living space of the trailer rather than to the exterior, which could result in serious injury or death. Corrections: Dealers will inspect and, if required, correct the exhaust vent.
