Issue: rnOn certain RV trailers, the fasteners that attach the ramp door may loosen and detach. If this happens, the ramp door could break off when someone is loading items into the rear garage area. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA ramp door that breaks off while someone is loading items in the rear garage could increase the risk of injury. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnKeystone will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to inspect the ramp door hinge fasteners and add nuts with a lock washer. Note: Keystone recommends that you should not use the ramp door until the nuts and lock washers have been installed.
